Fire Emergency Drill in the First Half of 2026 | Strengthen Prevention Through Practice, Ensure Safe Production
Safety is no trivial matter,prevention must be prioritized before any incident occurs. To further enhance all employees' fire safety awareness, standardize emergency response procedures, and improve their skills in emergency evacuation and initial fire suppression, the company organized a fire emergency drill for the first half of 2026 on May 12, coinciding with the 18th National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day. This exercise aimed to strengthen the "firewall" of workplace safety and ensure safe production operations.
Upon the sounding of the alarm,
all employees of the factory promptly and orderly evacuated to the designated safety assembly area.
As the urgent fire alarm sounded, the drill officially commenced. Under the professional guidance of on-site evacuation coordinators, all personnel responded swiftly, strictly adhering to fire escape protocols by bending forward, covering their mouths and noses, and evacuating quickly and orderly along designated routes to the safety assembly area, where they lined up in sequence according to the signage. The entire evacuation proceeded without panic or delay, with everyone remaining calm and operating in an orderly manner.

The fire drill was chaired by the company's Safety Director, Wang Ling, who stated: "May 12 marks the National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day, with this year's theme being 'Everyone Emphasizes Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Enhancing Disaster Prevention, Mitigation, and Relief Capabilities.' The purpose of this national day is to raise public awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation, disseminate relevant knowledge and self-rescue skills, and minimize disaster-related losses. We hope this drill will help participants strengthen their fire safety awareness and master the proper use of firefighting equipment as well as emergency evacuation techniques."

The drill then proceeded to the simulated firefighting and rescue scenario for the fuel injection department. The fuel injection area was engulfed in thick smoke, and employees evacuated in an orderly manner. Upon receiving the support instruction, the company's emergency response team and medical rescue team promptly proceeded to the simulated fire scene to assist with firefighting and casualty rescue operations. This simulated firefighting and rescue exercise enhanced the collaborative capabilities of the company's emergency response teams.

During the fire extinguishing hands-on session, Director Wang explained the proper usage techniques for fire blankets and fire extinguishers, introduced the operational mnemonic "lift, pull, grip, press" for extinguishers, and organized employees to actively participate in the practice. The fire equipment used included fire blankets, dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and foam fire extinguishers. Following standardized procedures, employees applied their knowledge in practical scenarios, effectively transforming theoretical knowledge into practical skills and further enhancing their initial fire suppression capabilities.

At the conclusion of the drill, Raphael Cheung, the Company's Managing Director, delivered a concluding speech.
